Nesar Moshtaq

is a self-motivated project manager and facilitator with over 5 years of experience in the field of institutional development. He has worked in more than 4 countries around the MENA region. His areas of expertise are: social innovation, sustainable economic development, institutional development, bilateral relation development via international trade missions and business matchmaking. On top of that, he has extensive knowledge of social work principles, techniques and practices and their application to complex cases, group work and community issues.

Nesar is sociable by nature and gets along with both colleagues and senior managers. He has exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, all of which are imperative when working closely with diverse groups of people.

Vin Morar

Vin Morar is British, but lives and works in the Netherlands. He has 30 years’ experience in the field of Local Economic Development, primarily through entrepreneurship initiatives. He has worked in more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle-East and Africa. His areas of expertise are in institutional strengthening and capacity building, particularly with respect to sustainable development, growth and wealth creation via entrepreneurship and SME development initiatives, both in the private and public sectors.

Vin has project and assignment experience with the following international institutions: Phare (EU); ETF; DfID and Know-How (UK); Agentschap, Senter, VNO-NCW, Nuffic, EVD, SPARK & RvO (Netherlands); GIZ (Germany) and UNIDO (UN).
